One thing I found when I was trying to sell some items was that the chat doesn't support drag and drop from inventory to show full specs of your items.

This exists in other MMPORG games that I used to play and is a nice feature. (Less typing in chat.)

Very useful when you want to sell or just brag about the items that you possess.

I was really surprised about this. It would help clean up the trade channel with this, and elimenate those whispers that go something like this:

"Can I see the item?"

Yes, like WoW. Of course on WoW other players can click on it in the chat and see all the details and get a preview of whatever it is (this would be even better).

Don't know about WoW but this existed in Anarchy Online.

And I totally agree with The Acolyte comment that it will probably clean up the trading channel with all the Whisper me to see this and that....
